For party games HeadsUp is a really fun game, but be aware it brings out the competitive side in friends and is quite intense!

Glympse is a fast, free, and simple way to share your location in real time with who you want. Super handy for letting your friends know exactly when you’ll be at their place without having to call while you’re driving.

Homer App lets you find apps through your friends, and browse apps celebrities are using, but to download you need iOS 8.0 or later :(

Frontback.me does what it says on the tin - a platform to take a picture in the front and back of your iphone, and putting them together as one. So simple, yet so genius!

Time to breathe it all out...If you've ever had a panic attack before, you know how frightening they can be...I've had a few, and they are horrible and can last about 20 mins, maybe less, maybe more.  So I was relieved to hear there is a newly launched game App called Flowy. 

Its a mobile game to relieve symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks.  There are lots of 'mindfulness' techniques to help with anxiety, but when you're stuck on a tube - they haven't done the trick for me before! So having a game, I'm hoping will be a great distraction.
Its great to see Apps being developed for social good.   It's available on Android now and should be available on iOS sometime December 2014
