Smart phone App Dorothy
Have you been on a bad date recently?? Well now you have a hero in the form of the Dorothy App - that whenever you tap your heels together 3 times it calls a friend, sends a text or calls an Uber so you can escape! lol! Yes this is for real :)
A small connected device called “Ruby” slips into your shoe and works with a mobile App that allows you to trigger a call to your phone from a fake contact (e.g. your “boss”) . When you click your heels the phone will do whatever you have programmed it to do...so like Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ you can really click your heels and be on your way home!
